  • 1/2 tsp English mustard powder or 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 handful coriander / cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1/4 small red chili pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice, optional
