Garlic Butter Crumpets

Ingredients:
– 4 crumpets
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
– 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
– 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper
– 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. In a small mixing bowl, add the softened butter, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix everything until well combined.

3. Using a knife or a spoon, spread the garlic butter mixture onto each crumpet, making sure to cover the entire surface.

4. Place the crumpets onto a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown and crispy around the edges.

5. Serve the garlic butter crumpets warm and enjoy!
