Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, unsweetened applesauce, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
