WW Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Recipe

Here is a recipe for Weight Watchers Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken:

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag and pour marinade over the chicken.
4. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken.
5. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
7. Grill chicken for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until cooked through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
