Weight Watchers-Friendly Lavash Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet Joseph’s Lavash bread
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (look for a lower-point option)
  • 2 oz turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Fresh sweet basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place the Lavash bread on a pizza baking sheet.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the Lavash bread.
  4. Distribute the turkey pepperoni over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly across the pizza.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven or air fryer until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the Lavash are crispy (time may vary, so keep an eye on it).
  8. Remove from the oven/air fryer and let it cool slightly.
  9. Optionally, garnish with fresh sweet basil.
  10. Slice and enjoy!
