Weight Watchers Chile Burgers

Ingredients:

1/3 lb Uncooked Extra-Lean Ground Beef
1/6 egg (approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of beaten egg)
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped
1/3 tsp butter
1 slice cheese of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the Grill.

Prepare the Meat Mixture:

In a bowl, combine the extra-lean ground beef, beaten egg, dried minced onion, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form Burger Patties:

Shape the mixture into 6 smaller burger patties.
Grill the Burgers:

Grill the burger patties until they are cooked through.
Sauté the Poblano Peppers:

Meanwhile, in a skillet on your stovetop, sauté the poblano peppers in the butter until they are tender and slightly charred.
Assemble the Burgers:

Top each burger with a slice of cheese and some sautéed poblano peppers.
Serve:
