Weight Watchers Blueberry Donuts
Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, almond flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix applesauce, melted coconut oil, skim milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool before removing them from the pan.
