  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
