THE BEST LOW CARB CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (make sure it’s keto-friendly)
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Season the chicken salad with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preferences.
