Head of Takaful

Criteria:

MBA or master’s in related fields like Insurance, Risk Management, Accounting/Finance, Economics, etc from HEC-recognized universities/Institutes. A degree/Diploma in ASCII / FLMI / Shariah would be an added advantage. Must have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the Insurance Industry with 05 years at a Senior Position or as Head of Takaful/ Should have an exposure of Banca Takaful Group Family Takaful Maximum 55 Years, relaxation may be allowed in case of highly qualified, relevant and more experienced candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Optimize, expand and grow Takaful business through multiple channels and multi products while remaining compliant with prevailing Shariah Laws.
• Build a close working relationship with Partners and deliver a superior customer engagement business model.
• Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new business partners, achieve growth, increase profitability and optimize current business with existing partners
• Manage the Takaful business unit in all underwriting, claims, communication, compliance/legal, and operational issues.
• To train, motivate and look after the sales teams of Takaful.
• Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.
