Sheetpan Pancake Delight
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Place the frozen banana slices in a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Add the pure maple syrup.
- Blend on high until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure even blending.
- Once the nicecream reaches a smooth consistency, add the chopped walnuts. Pulse a few times to incorporate the nuts into the mixture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. If you want a stronger maple flavor, you can add a little more maple syrup.
- Transfer the nicecream to a container and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
