Perfect Air Fryer Cod Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg, beaten

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (or crushed cornflakes for extra crispiness)

1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Olive oil spray
-
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Prep the Cod:

Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Coat the Fish:

Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip into the beaten egg.

Finally, coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently so it sticks.

Preheat the Air Fryer:

Set it to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.

Cook:

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.

Place cod fillets in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

Spray the tops with olive oil.

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp should reach 145°F / 63°C).
