Criteria:

• At least a Graduate Degree with at least 16 years of education from a leading HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration and/or Engineering.
• Members of ICAP and ICMA may also apply.
• Shortlisted candidates will have a minimum total experience of 15 years with at least 5 years in senior management positions at reputable local and/ or multinational companies.
• Additional exposure to the public sector, preferably in infrastructure development, will be a definite advantage.
• The candidates who have held the position of CEO for at least 2-3 years at a well-known organization will be given preference.

Compensation & Terms of Employment:

• The selected candidate will be offered a negotiable market-based compensation package.
