Job Details:

National Accountability Bureau invites applications from only Pakistani Nationals for the hiring of Services of Law Officers under Section 8(c) of National Accountability Ordinance-1999, on a monthly fee payment basis for a period of one year as per the criteria given below.

Job Positions:

• Additional Prosecutor General Accountability
• Deputy Prosecutor General Accountability
• Special Prosecutor (Supreme Court)
• Special Prosecutor (High Court)
• Research Associate (Law)

Details of National Accountability Bureau Islamabad Job:

Additional Prosecutor General Accountability

Qualification & Experience:

• Advocate with minimum 07 years of Supreme Court and 10 years experience as Proficational Advocate with valid Supreme Court Licensed.
• LLM / Bar at Law will be preferred.

Deputy Prosecutor General Accountability

Qualification & Experience:

• Advocate with a minimum of 3x years experience in the Supreme Court and 10 years of professional experience as an Advocate High Court with a valid Supreme Court License.
• LLM Barat Law will be given preference.

Special Prosecutor (Supreme Court)

Qualification & Experience:

• At least 07 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court with a valid Supreme Court license.
• LLM Bar-at-Law will be given preference.

Special Prosecutor (High Court)

Qualification & Experience:

• At least 05 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court, with transactional work, a legal consultancy.
• Opinion writing and drafting of legal total instructions.
• LLM Bar-w-law will be given preference.

Research Associate (Law)

Qualification & Experience:

Fresh Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized University.

How to Apply:

• Experience Educational Qualification shall be counted/examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test interviews, after scrutiny of applications.
• Candidates with additional qualification/experience may be preferred.
• Hiring will be governed by the terms of services of the hiring contract.
• Candidates possessing dual/foreign nationality are not eligible to apply.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in a test/interview.
• The final selection will be subject to Security Clearance,
• Selected Law Officers will be required to serve at NAB HQ or any Regional Office of NAB.
• Private practice shall not be allowed to the selected Law Officers.
• The monthly fee is taxable as per Federal Govt. policy.
• The preferred interview station should be selected by the candidate in the application form.
• The services period is extendable as per a performance evaluation requirement basis.
• If a candidate is interested to apply for more than one post, a separate application is required to be submitted.
• The name of the post applied for should be written boldly on the top right corner of the envelope.
