Ministry of National Health Services Islamabad Job Details

ESMP (Environmental & Social Management Plan) Coordinators

Criteria:

• Federal: Postgraduate degree (minimum 18 years of education) M. Phil MS Environmental sciences environmental engineering or environmental studies.
• Minimum 10 years experience in similar positions including 5 years of Public Health sector/Health care waste management environmental management experience.
• Prior experience working on comparable donor-funded ESMP policies will be given due weightage.
• Provincial: Postgraduate degree (minimum 18 years of education) (M. Phil /MS/MSc Environmental sciences environmental engineering or environmental studies/sociology. Minimum Public 5 years experience in similar positions including 3 years Public Health sector/Health care waste
• management Environmental management experience. Prior experience working on comparable donor-funded ESMP policies will be given due weightage.

Financial Management Specialist

Criteria:

• ACA, ACMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), master’s in accounting and Finance, or MS Finance, M.Com. 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public-sector financial management.

Procurement Specialist

Criteria:

• An advanced degree (minimum 15 years of education) in a suitable discipline or field of study.
• Preferably in Business studies, Procurement Supply Chain Management Engineering Commerce, etc.
• At least sixteen (16) years of experience after acquiring the stipulated qualification.
• Demonstrated experience with procurement of goods, and consultancies in any sector.

Finance Officer

Criteria:

• ACA. ACMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance) master’s in accounting and Finance, or MS Finance, M.Com, 8 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, including a minimum of 5 years experience working in DADA.

Occupational Health & Safety Specialist

Criteria:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences / Health/science, Safety Engineering, or Occupational Health with at least 08 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• The applicant should be fully conversant with all applicable Health and Safety requirements for the healthcare industry and international best practices.
• She should be familiar with the Occupational Safety and Health Act as well as other pertinent legal instruments.
