Keto Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon or sausage (choose a keto-friendly option)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bacon or sausage, and chopped green onions.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
  8. Serve and enjoy your keto-friendly egg muffins!
