KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!!!

KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!!! 🍪🍪🍪
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Salted Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar Substitute
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)
3/4 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instruction:
1. Preheat oven to 355°F. Microwave butter for 30 seconds to melt, but make sure it’s not hot.
2. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and mix together with the sugar substitute. Then add the vanilla and the egg. Mix on low for another 15 seconds.
3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Mix together until it is well combined.
4. Press the dough together and take it out of the bowl. Use your hands to mix the chocolate chips in with the dough.
5. Roll the dough out to make 12 balls and put them on a cookie sheet.*
6. Bake for 10 minutes.**
7. Let them cool and then store them in an air tight container.
5.* I used a 1/2 scoop melon baller, which made more than 12 cookies. I got 22!!
6.* I ended up baking mine for more like 13 minutes, checking every minute after the initial 10 minutes.
