INSTRUCTIONS
- First, make crispy roasted chickpeas by mixing them with olive oil, cumin, coriander, garlic powder and salt.
Second, chop the vegetables - Thirdly, prepare the sauce by mixing tahini, water, lemon, garlic powder, salt and maple syrup.
- Finally, add half of the dressing to the salad. Add the crispy chickpeas and the remaining creamy lemon tahini sauce.
