Bare Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and toss to coat.
4. Place the flour in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
5. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off.
6. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Remove the chicken nuggets from the pan with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
