Ingredients
- Self-rising flour

- 1/4 cup s

- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Original Spray

Instructions

Mix self-rising flour and fat-free yogurt and kneed until thoroughly combined into a ball. Place in a bowl, cover with a towel and let proof for 5 minutes.

Roll dough out to pizza dough thickness in a basic square or rectangle big enough to cut 4 squares approximately 4 to 4 1/2 inches square. Cut a slit in the dough starting an about 1/4 inch from the edge from each corner along the edge and leaving about 1/4 inch uncut in the middle of each side.

Cut 1/4 inch thick apple rings and remove center area with seeds. Place one apple slice in the middle of each square.

Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over each apple slice. Then fold corners and middle points of dough toward middle of apple.

Lightly spray each with I Can’t Believe It’s Butter.

Bake at 450 F degrees for 10-12 minutes. Monitor to achieve desired brownness .
