Registrar

Criteria:

• The applicant must possess a Ph.D. in a field such as Higher Education Studies, Public Administration, Public Relationships, Leadership & Management, or Public Policy & Administration from an international or HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 10 Years of teaching/ academic/ administrative or professional experience in an academic environment will be preferred.

Competencies:

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Must possess knowledge of the rules regulations and laws regarding the government of Sindh pertaining to the Higher Education Sector.

Controller of Examination

Criteria:

• The applicant must possess Preferably a Ph.D./master’s from an international or HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 10 Years of experience in teaching/ academic/ examination/ administration in an academic environment or in the relevant field. Out of 10 years, at least 03 years of experience should be in the examination department of HEC-recognized HEI at BPS-10 or above.

Competencies:

• Must possess good organizational and planning skills.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to manage the pre-examination and post-examination process.
• Must possess good knowledge of Outcome Based Assessment (OBA).
