Sheetpan Pancake Delight

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen banana slices in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Add the pure maple syrup.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure even blending.
  4. Once the nicecream reaches a smooth consistency, add the chopped walnuts. Pulse a few times to incorporate the nuts into the mixture.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. If you want a stronger maple flavor, you can add a little more maple syrup.
  6. Transfer the nicecream to a container and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
  7. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
