Weight Watchers Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Mushrooms:
- Clean the mushrooms and halve them if they are large.
