Homemade Crunch Wrap Supreme

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup sour cream
6 large flour tortillas
6 tostada shells or crispy corn tortillas

Instructions:
Cook Ground Meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
Prepare Ingredients:
Dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, and gather the shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream.
Warm Tortillas:
Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Warm each flour tortilla for about 10-15 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
Assemble Crunchwrap:
Place a warmed tortilla on a flat surface. In the center of the tortilla, add a spoonful of the seasoned meat.
Layer a tostada shell or crispy corn tortilla on top of the meat.
Add a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with a dollop of sour cream.
Fold and Seal:
To fold the crunchwrap, start by folding the edges of the flour tortilla towards the center, creating a hexagonal shape.
Press down on the center to seal the edges.
Cook:
In the same skillet or griddle, place the assembled crunchwrap seam side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden and crispy.
Serve:
Remove from the skillet, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
