W/W ORANGE CREAM CHEESE WHIP PIE
Ingredients:
– 1 (0.3 oz) package sugar-free orange Jello
– 1 cup boiling water
– 1 (8 oz) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
– 1 (8 oz) container fat-free Cool Whip
– 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
2. Add the softened cream cheese to the Jello mixture and beat with a mixer until well combined.
3. Fold in the container of Cool Whip until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
6. Slice and serve.
