Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups cooked brown rice (or cauliflower rice for a lower-carb option)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, and green beans), cooked
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Chicken:
- Cook the chicken breasts (boil, bake, or grill) until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
- Prepare Rice and Vegetables:
