Assistant

Criteria
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Merit Zone-Ill Candidates having domicile of District. of Swat. Buner. Upper Dir Lower Dir, Chitral, Kohistan, Shangla Par, Malakand Areas (Swat Ranizai and Sam Ranizai and backward areas of Hazara division i.e. (1) llaga Upper Tanawal composed of Darband Area of Teshsil Haripur and Shergarh area or District Mansehra and (2) merged areas composed of Battagram including Hill Nilshang and Thakot, Alai, Kaya Khabbal and Goadoon Area Zone- V 01 Districts of Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra excluding their backward areas including in Zone-Ill. Vomen01 Merit from amongst women candidates having domicile of Quota Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Computer Operator

Criteria
  • At least 2nd class Bachelor’s Degree and 18 to 30 Zone- 01 Operator Computer Science / Information Technology (BCS/ BIT Four Years, from a recognized university.
    OR
  • At least a second Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with one year Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
  • Districts of Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swabi, and Mardan.
  • Merit from amongst women candidates having domicile of University Quota Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Junior Scale Stenographer

Criteria
  • An intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
  • A speed of 50 words per minute in shorthand and 35 words per minute in typing and knowledge of Computer in using MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Candidates having domicile of District of Swat. Buner, Upper Stenographer years Dir. Lower Dir. Chitral, Kohistan Shangla Par, Malakand (BS-14) (m) Areas (Swat Ranizai and Sam Ranizai and backward areas of Hazara division le. (1) llaga Upper Tanawal composed of the Darband Area of Tehsil Haripur and Shergarh area of District ” Mansehra and (2) merged areas composed of Battagram including Hill Nilshang and Thakot, Allai Kaya Khabbal, and Goadoon Area.
  • Candidates having domicile in Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Kohat, and Karak Districts,
  • Districts of Haripur, Abbottabad, and Mansehra excluding their backward areas including in zone III.
  • Merit from amongst women candidates having domicile of quota Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,

Junior Clerk

Criteria

An intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; and ( A speed of 30 words per minute in English typing. Merit from amongst women candidates having domicile of years quota Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Disable Merit from amongst disabled candidates having domicile of quota Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test.
  • However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.

  • Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA.

  • Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test interviews.
  • In the case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
  • Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
