Manager Implementation & Coordination

Criteria:
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s Hons 16 Years of education in Project Management /Accounting and Finance /Business Administration or relevant Discipline.
  • At least 10 years of verifiable work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience of working with the Government on Donor funded projects strongly desired.

Manager Strategic Planning

Criteria:
  • Master’s /Bachelor’s Hons (18 years of education) in Project Management/ Political Science/Social Sciences/ Public Administration or relevant Discipline.
  • At least 7 years of verifiable work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience working with Planning Government on donor-funded projects strongly desired.

Manager Procurement & Contracts

Criteria:
  • A minimum of 16 years of education in Administration /Engineering supply chain management /Social Sciences from a foreign or local university.
  • At least five (05) years of experience, the acquiring stipulated Qualifications, in the procurement of Goods Works & Consulting & Nonconsulting services and contract management with Pubic/private sector including at least one (01) your experience in working with Donor funded projects.
  • Must have worked on various projects related to construction EPC projects.

Manager Research & Innovation

Criteria:
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s Hons) (16 years of education in Business Administration /Statistics, Economics relevant discipline from a foreign or national university.
  • A least 10 years of verifiable events Research and experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • A minimum Innovation of 5 years of experience working with the government on donor-funded projects with a focus on research and monitoring and evaluation will be given as added weightage.

Manager Finance & Accounts

Criteria:
  • At least a Master’s degree (16 years of Education) in Finance / Accounts Economics/MBAI CA or equivalent from a foreign or local university.
  • At least 15 years of overall verifiable relevant & Accounts experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the public sector from a foreign or local university.

Monitoring & Evolution Officer

Criteria:
  • At least a Master’s degree and 16 years of Education in Social Sciences Development Studies, Food &Nutrition or relevant discipline Mphil or Higher Degree will be preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum Evaluation of 3 years in an education program.

Engineering Consultants

Criteria:
  • A16 years of Education degree in Civil Engineering (BSc Civil Engineering) from HEC registered institution and PEC accredited discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in development program preferably foreign-funded.

Officer Civil Work

Criteria:
  • BSc(Hons)16 years of education in Civil Engineering or equivalent (project management and construction-related field).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a construction manager/civil Officer/Mechanical Officer.

Implementation Associate

Criteria:
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s (Hons) 16 years of education in Development Studies / Business Administration/ Accounting & Finance /Public Policy, with more experience of relevant Discipline, from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by HEC.
  • At least two (02) years of documentary verifiable Associate experience in public and/or private sector national international organizations with experience preferably in education.

Strategy Associate

Criteria:
  • Master’s Bachelor’s (Hons) 16 years of education in Development Studies/ Business Administration /Accounting & France/ Public Policy experience, preferably in education with more experience of the relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by HEC.
  • At least two (03) years of documentary verifiable Associate experience in public and/or private sector national international organizations with experience preferably in education.

Research Associate

Criteria:
  • Master’s /Bachelor’s (Hons) 16 years of education in Development Studies / Public Policy / Economic Marketing or relevant discipline from a foreign local university duly
  • recognized by HEC.
  • At least three (03) years of documentary verb Associate relevant experience in public or private sector national international organizations.

M& E Associate

Criteria:
  • BSc / Bachelors (16 years of education in Engineering /Commerce or relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university duly recognized by HEC.
  • At least two (02) years of documentary verifiable experience, in field coordination of a construction-based donor program.

Finance & Accounts Associate

Criteria:
  • A Master’s degree of 16 years of Accounts Education in Finance /Accounts/ Economics /ACCA/CA or equivalent from a reputable & recognized local or foreign institution.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Procurement Associate

Criteria:
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s (Hons) 16 years of education in Administration Engineering Supply Chain Management Social Sciences for a related field from a foreign or local university recognized by HEC.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in the public-private sector procurements.
